REFUND POLICY

IF YOU AREN'T COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT, WE WILL GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS.

Goods returned to us within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a refund. Please note shipping fees will not be refunded.

Returned items must be unused and in new condition; this also applies to the packaging and hang tags. If you have any questions about our items or your purchase, contact us by email (customersupport@galvingreen.com) and we will do our best to help you.

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, go to the returns page and follow the steps.



INITIATE A REFUND

Please check the paperwork in your packaging for instructions or a return label, which you can use to initiate your return.



INITIATE AN EXCHANGE

Exchanges are available for some products only. The paperwork in your packaging will indicate whether an exchange is possible. If not, please return the item and purchase a replacement in the correct size.



INITIATE A CLAIM

If your item is damaged or faulty, it may be eligible for repair or replacement as part of our warranty program. In order to initiate a claim, contact customersupport@galvingreen.com.

Please note all claims must be accompanied by a photo of the damaged area or the fault, along with a brief explanation. Your claim will be reviewed and you will be contacted with next steps.
